At Living Stone Farm Our Vision
My name is Paola and two years ago we decided to buy a farm and work towards self-sustainability. Why would we ever want to do that? There are many reasons, one of which is that farm life is an incredible educational opportunity for us. Another is the joy and excitement that it brings us.

Our products are raised using organic practices, free range and most importantly are fresh. Our animals are organically fed and our wide range in breeds means a diverse and sustainable choice for your own flocks or plates.
Shipping Information
Shipping info and FAQs for Poultry / Live Animals
Currently we are able to ship with ease across the United States.
For those in Canada wanting to place an order please contact us and we can discuss possible arrangements.
If you are international and would like to make a large order we can look into shipping; however, at this time we do not ship internationally.
Shipping is available on orders of more than 10 chicks or 10 packages of Heritage Meat. Orders with less than 10 chicks or packages of Heritage Meat requires in person pick up at the farm.
We ship using USPS. We’re unable to ship products through FedEx at this time since they do not accept live animals for shipping.

Paypal, Venmo, Visa and Mastercard. Cash for rare in person pick ups at the farm.

All our Heritage meat is sold frozen and is shipped in special frozen containers through USPS.
Cancellation on wholesale pre-orders are a month prior to shipping or a 20% restocking fee is added.

Shipping info and FAQs for both Live Animals and Meat
Yes. We pride ourselves on providing and shipping only the healthiest of birds the day they hatch. Why the day they hatch? Birds have 72 hours to live off their yolks without food and water. If a properly cared for bird has died within a 48-hour time period; we will replace the bird/s or add credit to your account on the terms that the farm has been contacted at info@livingstonefarm.org within the 48 hours.
We have special hatching egg boxes with foam cut outs.
Fresh organically raised and pasture raised eggs for eating can be picked up from the farm only or ordered through our local collective.
Live animals are unpredictable. While we do our best to honor your preferred hatch date, we can’t always guarantee the exact date requested. You will be contacted with shipping information and arrival dates as soon as your order can be fulfilled.
We are able to show you pictures of the available birds; however, to protect our flock and keep them disease free we cannot allow customers to visit our pens for selection. If you want a specific breed, we are able to accommodate and can show you photographs of the desired breeds available in the flock. Thank you for understanding how important it is for us to protect our birds.

Should there be a problem with the eggs at delivery you’re welcome to file a claim providing evidence of the damages directly to USPS. We do NOT assume responsibility for damages to eggs shipped through USPS. Customers are strongly encouraged to request additional insurance at check out.
Different USPS shipping methods come with different insurance coverage amounts. Please see the information below:
Standard Priority Mail – USD 50 insurance
Standard Priority Mail with Safe Handling – USD 50 Insurance
Priority Mail Express – USD 100
